Marrakech Golf Resort is a resort 5 star with a 18 hole golf course around the apartments and riads. The resort includes two hotels, which

will be operate by Marriot group as a five star hotel and a commercial centre, restaurants, bars and shop on the complex.

Marrakech Golf Resort is built by a European developer with excellent reputation for quality delivery.

For the Phase 1 launch, the apartments offers direct view to the golf. Apartments are ground and first floors only with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms. All ground floor apartments will have private gardens and all first floor apartments includes a private solarium.

The next area to be launched is VR-1, which includes riad style townhouses. These riads have 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms on 2 floors, with private gardens and a solarium.

The third area t be launched is VVTP-2 which consists of 2 bedrooms properties and are built over 2 floors with a private garden on the ground floor.
